Thank you for reporting -- we've seen complaints of these app store redirect ads for a couple of weeks. They are not permitted on PPRuNe, but we're having a hard time tracking them down for blocking.
If you see one, please take a screen shot and post it or send it to me. We'll get this taken care of.
