How on earth can CSMs, Senior FAs for QA earn (after 'allowances') take home up to 100K per annum, when their competition do the same role for 60K pa. Throw in 45 min turnarounds (vs 30 mins) for the same job!!!!
It's small, but it's so simple and would make huge in-roads. Yet they just assume it's "what we do".
