Chicago - yet another 24 hour ULR layover?
I wonder if the company will try to make this a 24-hour layover. The plane sits on the ground in ORD for 6 hours so they can use the excuse of it being a "30-hour" slip.
I'm concerned, since the company has a very short memory when it comes to past memo's. But recall when the IAH layover was increased from 24 to 48-hours it was because of "the increased flight time PLUS TIME ZONE CHANGE".
Now, ORD is in the SAME time zone as IAH, and the flight will be 2 hours longer than JFK and a bit longer than SEA as well. Let's see if they magically "forget" that they said about Houston and try to "sneak in" a 1 day layover on this pairing.
No good!
