I don't understand why they are announcing the retirement of 767s like it is something new. The retirement schedule announced today is exactly the same as the one I saw last year... And while I don't know for sure, I think it is a similar situation for the 747 fleet. And I thought we all knew the last 8 A380s were being deferred (if not cancelled entirely)... So why is this being treated as news?
