it's a shame that it's gotten to a position where it has apparently become bloated to the point of 15% of it's jobs being able to be made redundant.
This is not correct. A sizeable proportion of the jobs made redundant will be replaced by outsourced work and carried out by staff employed by other companies for which QF will pay a fee rather than direct salaries.
