Not exactly. This new service is providing a twice daily service between the CI and Stansted whereas in recent times there has been a once daily service which was slotted in between the GR603 arriving in Guernsey at 1105 and the 1630 departure as the GR608 with some Guernsey flights operating via Jersey. The full W twice daily service was at weekends only. Also there hasn't been a Wednesday service to Stansted for about a year. This therefore provides quite a significant increase in seats.
