if it is flying in the UK under a PtF, how can they charge a passenger fee?
They are breaking the law in this country in my understanding if they do. There
are ways and means, but charging for a seat is illegal.
I believe you are paying a membership fee and as a member of the society one of the benefits is a flight, I don't believe you are paying to fly
