you can try to send your cv to some Indonesian operators, state your intentions: ATP (when you get the hours) and self sponsored type rating and willing to work on local terms bonded for 1-3 years.
I figure if you fly about 50-60 hours / mo right now, it won't be much longer to get your ATP. some of the ops might be interested then. I will send you the email contact to some of the operators via PM (maybe next week after my trip)
