You can pretty much always get pax to fill seats if you sell them cheap enough, but it's another question entirely as to whether or not that will be profitable. The FR site is currently showing PIK-DUB as cut to only 5-7 weekly for S14 - I think that provides a pointer on the profitability of their current frequency/capacity on PIK-DUB.
