I don't think the QF group can afford the luxury of operating parallel services on the same route at the same time on two different branded airlines.
The duplication only adds to the overall cost.
Its like running a household. If you can't afford to keep your own house in order.
Then you need to Jettison the second car and or the investment property.
Then focus on your own financial position else loose your own house as well.
