I wonder, given that this is obviously some HR related requirement, if one were to pay all that money to sit these assessments (in a quiet location so that no one can disturb you...as advised) if wouldn't be worth also paying someone (who was suitably qualified, e.g a Psychologist or someone like that if you're game) some money as well to sit with you to "
assist" you through this process..? ...Hey! you could even agree to a "No pass no pay" arrangement or a case of Crownies or something....
Just a thought...(not that I would condone such an approach, but really, if it's about using what you can to "
reason" appropriately, why not... after all, they started it!!).
