The 14 long-haul B763s already have ADS-B Out with 1090 Extender Squitter and meet FAA standards (AC 20-165A, DO-260B).
In fact all BA's 767s have ADS-B Out/1090ES, albeit on the short-haul ones it's still powered by steam-driven, inertial-based nav, rather than GNSS.
