Hi Everyone - i've started getting this unwanted Backup Reminder popping up every few hours:
It started after I down loaded Audacity (after research on this site - my previous audio editing software Wavepad had stopped working and when I uninstalled and reinstalled it some functionality was gone - like ability to save file as MP3). I also downloaded:

Professional Audio Software: MP3 Tag Editor, MIDI to MP3 Converter, MP3 Splitter and more because it seemed like a good idea at the time and may be useful in the future.
Audacity did require a download of a 3rd party plugin (from Argentina, I think)before it would save an output file in MP3 format.
Somewhere I am sure that a PC backup program come with the above, but I don't really want it. Currently running XP2 SP3 (I know - time to move on).
I'd appreciate any thoughts and ideas. TIA
