All they are concerned about is no ones distracted from flying aeroplanes & are they going to have jobs at X point in time down the track.
These clowns (AJ) grounded an airline because of an impending lockout. Roll forward 3 years & they can leave an entire workforce in the dark about their futures and it's ops normal.
