Have the Trislanders all been withdrawn?
Skippy, Aurigny still operates six Trislanders (G-RBCI, G-BEVT, G-RLON, G-JOEY, G-BDTO and G-FTSE - G-XTOR was sold to Cormack last year) though one is usually in maintenance at any one time. We won't know until next month whether two or three Dornier 228s will be ordered and until their delivery, at least some of the Tris will need to soldier on to continue to service the GCI - ACI, GCI - DNR and ACI - SOU routes - although it's interesting to note that on the recent application for a GCI - LCY route there was the possibility left open that a Dornier could be with us by May. Somehow it seems unlikely, but we shall see.
