"infuriates" me...but very well *sigh*:
-fire the copilot
-initiate criminal charges against him
-as he SHOULD get a criminal record, no asylum granted!
-extradite him

...as a "duh" SOP: never less than 2 on the flight deck, period! One pilot needs a potty break, put a purser or flight attendant on the flight deck!!!
