It is a strange mixture. On the one hand, we have guidance that different members of "the team" have different strengths and it it is up to managers to get the best out of their team (pulling the weak along). On the other hand, we are told everyone is to be super-fit or you are out.
That is the caution I note. Not everyone remains employable due to injury and ageing. Will YOU remain employable to age 60 or, will you be booted out when you can't make level 9 anymore?
