Dear SM,
i read the email, english is not my first language but as you said i found it pretty simple and properly written (for my level of english).
I think the problem is not about what the email says, the problem is that because the employees have been so poorly managed and completely disrespected that even proper requests (as this one) are not welcome.
Since when i joined ek i improved my English (At least i believe.....
) and i learnt many phrases ........ the one i would use in this case is: You reap what you saw
