I flew with some former colleagues who transferred left seat turbo prop to left seat jet (Embraer 195) no problem. Pleasure to fly with and taught me a lot even though they had less time on type. I'd say the Electra to 737 would be no problem at a guess. The Electra is quite a demanding type to manage from a command point of view I gather with all the difficulties aged electronics and technology present.
