Yep, easyJet bought ailing charter airline TEA Switzerland a couple of years ago, saving a lot of jobs by creating easyJet Switzerland. They transferred the managment base from Basel to Geneva and closed the Zürich crewbase. Everything is now in Geneva; and we will be the A319 Guinea Pigs
from September.
A major factor being we have our own AOC and it's much simpler to change the aircraft type on our relatively small fleet (5 a/c).
