Angel How to answer these questions?

Hi, folks! I need to go to an interview soon and I seek some advices how to handle this. How is it supposed to address these situations and other stuff to look like a favorable candidate? Thank you in advance for your help!

SITUATIONS
1 .If, for example, there are 60 children on the flight. But you have only 40 toys. How would you deal with this situation?
2. What would you do if the seat belt signs were on and the aircraft is about to take off, but a passenger insist that he has to kneel down to conduct his prayer due to religious reasons?
3. What would you do if a commercially important passenger complained that another commercially important passenger is snoring too loudly behind him?
4. What would you do if you saw one of your colleagues is being deliberately rude to a passenger?
2. What would you say if the passenger evaluates your work as rather slow and that he has been waiting for you for ages?
3. What would you say if a passenger said that you are totally incompetent?
4. How to handle a drunk passenger?
5. What do you say to or handle a passenger who is terrified of flying?

DISCUSSIONS (15 -20 minutes of activity)
2. How much is education important for a brilliant career?
3. In the first class there is an overbooking, you have a list of 8 passengers but you have to downgrade three people. Which one would you downgrade? Why?
4. You are going to a desert island and you can take only three objects with you. What would you take and why?
5. Name two persons to receive the Nobel Prize. Give three reasons for each of those persons.
6. You are 12 people on a sinking ship. There is an escape boat, however only 8 people fit in it. Your group has to discuss who will be saved. You have 15 minutes to make an unanimous decision.

You have the following group of cabin crew: Yusuki -22- Japan - smoker/ Maria -24-US- smoker I Anna -29- Kenya - non-smoke/ Iman -27 - Morocco - non-smoker! Sofia -25- Egypt - smoker/ Yen - 22- China - non-smoke. Your group is the accommodation department that decides which crew gets paired up in 2 bedroom apartments. You will present your decision and explain your criteria of selection.
11. You are working the London-Dubai sector, and you have the following complaints in the aircraft: 1A — Mr. Smith —frequent traveller complains that he did not get a seat with leg room 10 С — Mrs. Jones traveling with a child and an infant did not receive a toy for her child 12H-Mr. Rogers TV doesn't work 14K- Mr. Ford did not get his diabetic meal.
What is your order of priorities in solving these complaints and what solutions would you offer?

10. What is customer service? Describe good customer service. Describe a situation when you impressed your customer and provided exceptional service. What was the result? What do you mean by exceptional customer service? How would you define good and bad customer service in the airline sector? Can you give examples of both? Have you ever dealt with a customer making an unrealistic demand?
11. Why do you want to be a flight attendant? Do you consider this as a career? Why do you think you can cope with/ manage this job? Why you wish to join the cabin crew? Describe your definition of a team player.
12. How would you handle a complaint? How would you handle a conflict with another employee?
13. Why do you think some passengers take their frustrations out on cabin crew, even though the cabin crew are trying to help them?
