Yeah, incentives would be nice one day. For the moment just a 'normal' environment would be nice - stable roster, not having to apologise to pax everyday, more crew, engineers, dispatchers... Hell,more of everybody...
Sometimes you wonder why Bristow want to put their name to this as it stands at the minute. I really,really hope they have a plan.
