You can transfer as many as you want, and if you get another type after the conversion you just show them and they'll throw it on your Canadian. Easy peasy.
The written was somewhat of a challenge. I passed with a mid 80s score, and I usually ace them. Only because I memorize the FAA exam booklets
the closest thing I found was an online course at pilottraining.ca
Google that and you'll find the conversion course in there. Helped immensely.
