The Malaysian group needs the pilots (both AK and D7), the problem is the Govt. It's not so simple to come in and get validation anymore (get
PR and a local licence then maybe have a chance). Certain Ministeries would appear to be on a crusade to re-nationalise the industry (or at the very least reign in the concessions of the past) in the National interest. Agree with it or not, that's the current reality. The hopefuls in the wings have gotten the ear of the Govt and the eyes of the media.
