I believe there will be nothing this year with excuse of RW closure and they actually don't need as many of us flying during that time. That in turn might push a few more of us into getting serious about going somewhere else. And if the number of people left/leaving is big enough next year, plus there is trouble hiring, then the patch work will start with the p/shear and the possible half decent payrise.
