the published TCX plan is for the SH fleet eventually to be A321 only, that plan is going ahead base by base. Before Christmas it was planned to have no 320 for S14, then it changed to 1. The stated position was that CWL could only justify a 320, hence the change of base for the company 321 a/c and the introduction of another acmi. They would want to operate ACMI plus TCX Cabin Crew because it allows them to quality control the in flight product and keep the in flight sales business, which is worth having. The problem is, that was the plan 10 weeks ago, what it is now heavens knows!
