I think it a good idea for those who can remember and reflect to do so with quiet camaraderie and fellowship. For many of us those are the things that have sustained us these many years. I'll be organising or attending something for sure.
For those who find even the thought of such things anathema....then don't read this Thread, don't attend such gatherings and pleeeeeze......don't get in the way of those who wish to.
For the "get over it" brigade I offer only the reminder that "those who don't learn from history will inevitably learn from history".
