Honestly, is a third one in the cockpit really necessary?
I am more uncomfortable with someone in the third seat than with standard crew. Although a third pair of eyes see more and should speak up when seeing danger, by all means, but most calls from the back seat are not safety enhancing, but merely strict sop enforcing.
Otoh such a go around is simply unacceptable, AF or other.
