So what happens when the TCX crew are A320 trained and they end up leasing a 737-800? The cabin crew have to go through the aircraft training which will cost even more money.
Well TCX must have a very good idea which company it is, and to get their approval for another carriers Cabin crew to operate on their aircraft.
