In a broader sense a deliberate push to 'appear' different - if not more 'centre' than BS (the pants man and sweeper of things under the carpet) to the general electorate.
And I suspect that push would be helped by Hotlips, who I see as a disgrace in Coward St, but would be even worse than the Ranga in the lodge - IMHO.
