It's a pretty pointless thing to argue over but I think the difference of opinion stems from the fact that we are not talking about a normal hub. We are discussing the "Flybe hub" and it is only MAN that is marketed and considered a hub. BHX and SOU are at present core airports. Your definition may stand if you are looking at any hub in its simplest terms but a marketed hub is a different thing.

Maybe we can agree to disagree and move on

Been looking at the new schedule and Monday the 19th May as an example shows 10 based aircraft operating as follows

Quite a nice business looking schedule supported by leisure and business in the day time
