I haven't read anything about ATPL requirement for fastjet so far, apparently a CPL, current on A320 would suffice. But i might be wrong.
For the bases i believe they have 2 so far, Dar es Salam and Kilimandjaro, but yet again, not sure.
But if the rumors are any close to waht they say it is a pretty good company (managers are Ex-EasyJet, so they know what they're doing business wise
There is a job posting on CAE parc aviation website, you should check it out. The other thing i do know for sure is that their planes livery is fantastic !!
