hmm your explanation seems to justify the need for new pilots , definitely a good news .
One question though, is the training done in Mumbai ? I was under the impression they send their pilots off to some TR center , iv'e heard of Alpha Aviation in UK etc . So if it really is the lack of TR facilities they can tie up with other facilities maybe like CAE or something , there are a ton of them. . . .
