out of interest, what is the lead time for a fleet of brand new A320 family aircraft, I thought Airbus had sold the last production slots of the current generation so that means only NEO left, I wouldn't be surprised if the wait for new aircraft was a number of years (maybe as many as 10 thinking about the Airbus order backlog) so perhaps buying second hand is the only viable option in the short term ...
