I wouldn't rule out there being some type of codeshare with Blue Islands on the London City route.
On Aurigny's application to the Guernsey Transport Board they state initially using Dornier 228 and then ATR 42.
With Aurigny having no plans to aquire an ATR 42 it's an interesting possibility.
