I agree completely with the above post, indeed I would go further. The post on Trustpilot, noted in 472 above, reappeared briefly yesterday morning, with the name removed. It was flagged again within minutes, and has not so far returned.

I consider that to be a dreadful breach of the whole spirit and intent of what Trustpilot is, or should be about. Once reviewed and returned, it should not be possible to reflag it.

Bearing in mind the value of some of the items allegedly not despatched, it would be entirely possible to see a case arising in the High Court. If the apellant argued that the apparent 'sea of green' displayed on Trustpilot swayed him to buy, then I suspect a good Barrister would have fun with the 'duty of care' requirement widely quoted in these compensation driven times.

That duty must, by definition, apply to Trustpilot, or the word trust has no value.

Any lawyers reading this thread?, love to hear your views.
