Out of interest, I went back to trustpilot.co.uk and of the six reviews that were previously there, five have been removed (pending review), after being reported by "a Trustpilot user".
That page appears to have been shut down completely, now.
This thread is watched very closely by Nick, I think you'll find.
It must be so frustrating for him that he cannot simply remove our posts in order to hide what people are saying about him.
He must be so busy running about trying to defend his company against the things people are saying that it's no wonder that it seems that he hasn't got the time to keep on top of the orders he receives.
PS I love your new word in post 25 - "flaggot"
That's a neologism I coined some years ago - YouTube is another site which is full of them.
