This will likely mean new reservation systems, dropping the Air France flight numbers, GDS deals if they will use them and also how they are to shape the whole product.
Without knowing what's really happening in the background it's hard for anybody to really comment if they are competent or not.
The sale of CityJet, and the discussion with Intro, has been ongoing for a long time so it hardly comes as a surprise. The majority of the work to migrate from AF flight numbers to WX flight numbers has already taken place, and the WX codes are due to start at the start of the summer schedule. Any wider strategic questions should not impede the basic bread-and-butter corporate survival issue of actually having the product available for sale.
I appreciate your sincere desire to defend the (new) home team come what may, but surely you have to acknowledge that not having summer flights on sale at this stage is a fairly egregious state of affairs?
