Simply not true. For certain positions, yes, but there simply aren't enough experienced people to fill all the jobs going.
And therein lies the rub,
JS. In aviation, there ARE enough experienced people to fill in the vacancies. But quite a few companies are doing quite the opposite with respect to their hiring practices.
