Well, having reflected on my performance I am somewhat frustrated now, but at the same time energised for next year as with a little work success should be within my reach. No problems with COMPASS or the personality profile, but I feel that I let myself down on the team exercise and the interview. Tried a cheeky "Do you have any single-pilot aircraft available?" at the end of the day, but no dice!
I have taken away a lot from the process, and am still digesting the learning points, but won't bore you with it all here. The best of luck to those still in the process - hope to be flying with you in the future yet!
