Would it be a simple thing to fit all Police Helis...with an instant Laser target reponse unit and counter zap the small area where said attacker was standing, possible with about a 100% power increase from that pointed upwards, possibly after that things may go quiet...
Mind you the NHS would then be handing out more White Sticks..but thats a cost we would have to bare
