Stand by benefits
I'm trying to find out what the corporate jet charted industry pays the pilots when they are called out from stand-by.
Is there anything extra paid ?
Do you get a roster ?
if so does the company stick to it ?
are you given days off, AFTER the day in question ?
are your standby hours recorded taken into account for your ftl ?
Do the above answers change with the region in which you are based ?
or does the company just do what it likes ?
I am in the uae, working for a mid size jet aoc and am looking to compare our circumstances with other companies and regions.
