Of course, it is nothing more than an educated guess, especially at the homebase: if one is parked close to the departure runway, usually much less is needed; if deicing is required and the parking stand is remote, it obviously is the opposite.
With regards to the APU burn: Your OM-B should contain figures for APU burn per hour. For exact figures with regards to APU allowance in the taxi fuel, probably Your companies performance department or the dispatch might hold the exact answer. Anything I could write here would be a guess at best.
