), but the response since Friday shows promise. I am sorry for those having problems - one thing I can suggest is that I got a better response ringing the 01582 contact number than the 0800 one. Perhaps just luck, but I can't really suggest anything else for those having issues making contact. As noted, I can only comment on my own experience, and will withold fina judgement until this order is completed.
