Old Swissport BHX has be ring fenced / transferred to Birmingham Handling New Ltd as it trades today. If people want to transfer to the new Swissport this is not allowed and not offered. You simply have to apply for new jobs as and when they arise with the new Swissport (Servisair) Transferring of "best assets" if they had any ? cannot be allowed either and against the EU Commission ruling on the takeover.
