It is clear that Qantas has too many employees.

Too many pilots? Cabin crew? Engineers? Ground staff to check in passengers, drive aero bridges etc? Baggage handlers? - no!

To many levels of management? Too many people sitting in officers and NOT producing anything? - YES!
