The place in Festival City has gone. The Citizen dealer here has given me great service. One of my (realatively) expensive Citizen Pro Masters stopped working. I took it to a dealer in the UK while on a night stop, and they told me "can't be fixed, sorry". Took it to the dealer in Dubai, and he told me that they could not fix it in Dubai, but they could send it to Japan. It came back fixed, completely overhauled looking like new and packaged in the (new) original box complete with a new instruction manual. Total cost for all of this, including the shipment to Japan was 300 AED.
