I bet you'd be the first people to shout and scream racism etc when the standards of Indian licence holders are called into question but here we see a great example of how the DGCA licences are obtained
Pilots from FAA and EASA use question banks as well for their PPL , CPL , IR and ATPL exams
I suppose you must be questioning their standards as well and suspect they all got their licenses by cheating

I suppose he must have been clubbing and drinking which is why he must have passed all the papers one shot with the exception of one paper which everyone here knows that the questions can be quite vague at times
