I get it,the models can change and are often difficult to predict.Ryanair also has a trend of not hiring over 30's,can I prove it?No. It's the game I guess.
I wonder when the interviews will start for the type-rated/experienced fellas,I suppose that end of this month/feb,if you consider the training period left before the summer season.And how many of those guys will make the cut...
