SNN has the runway and the pre-clearance, ORK has the population and would be more attractive to tourists. Combine the two and you would have a brilliant airport. SNN can take all ORK traffic, ORK cannot take all SNN traffic.
It's going to take some superb management, but ORK definately has a future if done right. The next 12 months are crucial, some very hard work is needed. Maybe try and get Wizz back now that FR are doing Poland from SNN
